Tradescantia Sillamontana 'White Fuzzy' 4"

The green leaves are covered with white hairs. It has a compact growth habit but will eventually trail over a basket or pot. The three petaled flowers are pink and it blooms frequently when getting bright light. It is cold hardy in zones 7 - 10.
