ONLINE ORDERING

Thank you for taking the time to shop with your family owned garden center!

Orders placed online will be received and pulled during store business hours. If an order has been placed after business hours or during a holiday, the order will be received the following business day.

 

PICK UP IN STORE

There is no additional charge for pick up orders. Orders placed before 1:00pm may be picked up same day. Otherwise, please specify during checkout when you will be coming to pick up your order. You may choose up to 7 days out from the purchase date as your day of pick up.

 

DELIVERY

Due to potential environmental threats - such as weather, wild critters or theft - we highly suggest someone to be home to approve and accept your plant delivery. By approving these terms and conditions, you relieve Boulevard Flower Gardens from any responsibility of your order once it is delivered and left on your property if no one is home during your specified delivery time. Please put the best date for your delivery in the notes section at checkout, and specify AM or PM if someone will be home to accept. If we have any additional questions, we will contact you at the number provided.

Boulevard Flower Gardens is not responsible for laying out product in yard or garden upon delivery.

 

FRESH FLOWERS

All fresh flower arrangements will be delivered to the recipient's address provided. Orders placed by 1pm will be considered for same day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will go out the following day. Please put any details about the recipient in the notes section at checkout. This can include: Name, address, business name (if applicable), phone number, Am or PM delivery, funeral home name & visitation time (if applicable), and card message. If there is any missing information, we will contact you at the number provided. It is helpful for our delivery drivers to have the recipient's phone number in case there is any confusion at the delivery site.

Custom orders, specific requests or modified orders should be made over the phone or in store to ensure clarity. Our phone number is 804-526-4000. 

 

DISCOUNTS & COUPONS

We do not accept discount codes or coupons on custom items, such as floral arrangements, or service items, such as delivery. If checking out and redeeming a promotional offer, these items will automatically be exempt from discounting.
